Free U.S. shipping
NetAPI offers free Economy shipping on every order shipped to a United States address — no minimum, no exclusions. Most in-stock SKUs ship the same business day for orders placed before 3 p.m. Central Time from our McKinney, Texas warehouse.
International shipping
NetAPI ships internationally via USPS Priority Mail International and DHL Express. Carrier rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. International orders are subject to customs clearance and to import duties and taxes, which are payable by the buyer and are not collected by NetAPI at checkout.
Delivery times
- U.S. domestic — typically 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground after dispatch.
- International — typically 3–7 business days via DHL Express; 5–14 business days via USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery times exclude customs clearance.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Tracking information is emailed when each shipment leaves the warehouse.
Free advance-replacement and exchange shipping
NetAPI ships warranty replacements and Free Vendor & Compatibility Exchange Program modules at no charge in both directions within the United States. International customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges and warranty claims unless the issue is the result of a NetAPI error.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, email connect@netapi.io as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned under our refund policy.
